Following a rigorous accreditation process, Derek is appointed as a recognised trainer for the Financial Services Skills Council (November 2006)

and has also successfully completed a Delivery Skills Refresher programe with "The Training Foundation" (July 2006)

Derek has recently completed the acclaimed 3 day Trainer Assessment Programme (TAP) with The Training Foundation, and passed the final assessment to achieve accreditation. TAP has recently been awarded the Queens Award for Enterprise and Innovation and is seen as a benchmark for the highest standards of expertise in training delivery.
