Patricia Houguez

Patricia has in excess of 10 years experience providing professional advice for companies, up to board level, in all aspects of HR. She has conducted cases up to tribunal level including those for constructive dismissal, unfair dismissal and sexual discrimination, as well as at appeal at the High Court which was concluded satisfactorily.  Other cases managed have included a variety of grievances and disciplinary issues which have not resulted in tribunal action.  She is a seasoned HR professional who, whilst operating at strategic level, has maintained practitioner involvement.

She has worked with numerous companies providing an HR service and advice, including reviewing and updating contracts of employment,policies and procedures. 

Additional achievements include encapsulating the learning outcomes for 47 training seminars in employment law, for managers, used by the CIPD.
