Pashori is a qualified training professional with in depth human resources and Business management experience. He has a pragmatic and results focused training style which is interactive and thought provoking, challenging mindsets to accept new ideas and practical solutions.

Before establishing his own Management and Training Consultancy in 2002 (for details please see www.plga.co.uk), Pashori was a skilled National Training Manager in Project Management and Prince 2 for the Royal Mail Group. He also managed a portfolio which included Marketing and Direct Marketing, being responsible for creating new programmes for emerging client needs.

He is skilled in engaging diverse partners in producing training programmes that link performance to the achievement of business objectives - one example was the IDM Certificate in Direct Marketing for Publishing Salespeople.

Skilled in Change Management and Project Management, Pashori is able and willing to make a difference to you and your business. This has been evidenced in the City College, Coventry (Project Management and Prince 2 training for the LSC), Coventry Primary Care Trust (embedding Project Management capability for middle managers and Health Workers), Central Government (Prince 2 training for ECGD personnel) and Coventry University (design and delivery of Business Startup and Entrepreneurial Skills programmes).
