Kate Russell BA (Hons), Barrister, MCIPD

After 15 years as an operations, personnel and training practitioner in the manufacturing, distribution and service industries, Kate established her own consultancy in 1998 and now specialises in employment law training for line managers and supervisors. With her direct line management experience, Kate presents the stringent requirements of the law balanced against the realities of working life. Her training style is relevant, thought provoking and entertaining.

In addition Kate provides personnel services for small and medium sized businesses helping them with recruitment, ensuring their contracts of employment are up-to-date, managing disciplinary matters and dismissals, reducing sickness absence and advising in redundancy situations.
