Helen is a qualified training professional with operational management experience and a friendly and participative training style. She is skilled in designing and delivering training that links performance to the achievement of business objectives. Helen's workshops engage the participants while taking account of their potentially different learning styles.

Skilled in supervisor and line management development, Helen has run programmes for Employment Law Training Ltd., specialising in  Appraisal Skills, Managing Absence and Recruitment and Selection. Her recent experience has included assisting organisations with Interview Skills programmes for line managers and HR representatives. Workshops were followed up by coaching and observation to give further support to managers. She has also worked with interviewees to support them in the recruitment process.

Helen has also worked with organisations to help them to reduce absence and labour turnover. Workshops have assisted managers to review or set up systems to monitor and measure absence. These workshops also offered practical advice on how to identify and tackle problems. One organisation saw a reduction in absence levels by 8.5% over a 3 year period.
